It’s all about taking part and saying you’ve been there, done it and that you COMPETED FOR YOUR COUNTRY!!
Heres a chance for all antipodeans to join us and take on the rest of the TRI Nations as well as the UK! It’s all in the name of fun. Experience one of the most exciting events of 2010!!! So what if you’re not an antipodean or from the UK??? Well you can for sure take part! Just put your country you are representing or support one of the above!!
Whatever your level your country needs you!! It doesn’t matter if you are just starting out or a regular triathlete, the more people that represent their country the better. All you need to focus on is your own time and leave the rest to us. All we ask is that you try and run in your country colours!!!
Dorney Lake is an incredible location, an Olympic venue and a great flat course, suitable for beginners to advanced triathletes.

Our sprint triathlon will take you round the amazing Dorney Lake! Check out the course map above. This is one of the most spectacular venues in the country and home for the 2012 Olympic Rowing! The swim is in a closed water lake so perfect for all levels of swimmer, the bike is on a flat fast course in a closed venue, and the run is around the stunning lake, so you can’t beat that! Ideal for all triathletes, take on this challenge with friends and put on your home colours and help take the country title!
