The Epsom Dash 5km Run

Join all our other friendly runners!! Have a laugh, bring your family and friends and be part of a great fun run. Enter as a family or team and not only receive individual times but open or family placings! You could win our fastest family award! It’s a great way to get everyone involved and running together!!

So get all your friends and family together and come and join us. Make sure you sign up early to secure your entry as we expect this run to sell out quickly!!

Entry is £12 and includes chip timing, a medal, trophies and spot prizes. And we’ll make sure there’s plenty of goodies on the day to keep you happy!!

ARRIVAL and REGISTRATION

Our Epsom Dash 5k Run will start at 10am.

Registration will be open from 8.00am. Registration will close at 9.50am so please arrive nice and early.

Race packs will be sent out to you in the post prior to the event. These will include your race number. On the day of the event please pin this to the front of your t-shirt.

When you register on the day of the event you will receive a RACE CHIP. This will correspond with your race number. This is essential to record your time. Please make sure you put this through your shoelace and make sure it is on before the start of the event and hand back to our team once you cross the finish line.

The EVENT

The run will kick off at 10am and will take you around Nonsuch Park. Nonsuch Park is situated in the northern part of the Borough of Epsom and Ewell between Cheam and Ewell Village. Click here to view in streetmap. There are two entrances in London Road leading to carparks and one in Ewell Road, Cheam which also leads to carparking facilities. Toilets are situated near the start/finish area.

Please note that the start of the run will be staggered to avoid too much congestion on the park paths. However this will not affect your time as our race timing system will record your time from when you cross the starting mat.

There will be marshals around the course to support and encourage you.

Please take care when running around the course as this is public land and local residents will be out and about. Please always stay on the left unless otherwise guided.

Results will be displayed on our race timing screen so after crossing the finish line you can check out your time!!

Drinks and fruit will be available at the finish line.

AFTER THE EVENT

Everyone will receive a medal and there are also a few trophies that are up for grabs!
