It’s important for us to explain that entry fees (after vat at 20%) cover all costs of putting on an event which are expensive to run.
Your entry fee covers;

- chip timing
- staffing
- logistics including course management
- risk assessments
- public liability
- portaloos
- barriers
- medals
- race numbers and printing
- website management and race information and updates
- administration
- health and safety requirements
- medical cover
- event supplies including safety pins, water and cups
- marketing and promotion of the event
- And our time, expertise and commitment to create a fun and great experience for you
