<p>Proficiency on a bike is essential, in both handling and pedalling. Non-riders must learn immediately as this<br />
discipline holds greatest potential for accidents. Preferably purchase a bike and have it adjusted appropriately.</p>
<p>Helmets are essential and you MUST have one, otherwise you will not be allowed to race.</p>
